A warrior medicine and blessing from The Divine this is a Giant Waxy Green Monkey Tree Frog. The waxy secretion used in ceremony is comprised of complex bioactive peptides (short chains of amino acids) that have significant benefits to the mind, body and soul.
Medicina del Sapo
Kambô in old Matsés language; sometimes referred as Acaté and Vacina do Sapo in Brazilian portuguese.
Kambo, traditionally used by the Matses and Yawanawa Tribes, is primarily utilized in the northwestern parts of the Amazon Jungle, where it is revered as a form of vaccine. While its purpose varies across different tribes, kambo has historically been employed to enhance senses before hunts and to cleanse the body of illnesses. Additionally, it is used to dispel 'Panema' – a term describing the energy underlying illnesses, weaknesses, and psychospiritual blocks that can impede life progress. Kambo is renowned for its effectiveness, often regarded as a comprehensive reset for the mind, body, and spirit of the recipient.
Opening the Space
The service begins with a heart to heart conversation to assess where you are on a psycho-spiritual level and what is pressing on your heart. Listening to the whispers of our soul is incredibly important in this process. Intentions and prayers will be shared in this time. I will share guidance as needed based on what calls to the space. This heart felt conversation and intention will be the foundation of the session.
Sitting with Kambo
Once the remedy is applied the reciever will begin to feel flush. This process can feel intense and overwhelming as the it runs through the body. Feelings of heat, pressure in the head, and hearing your heartbeat is a part of the process.
Within 5-10 minutes of application it is normal for the reciever to begin with the purging process. This takes many forms and all is welcome. The duration of the sitting lasts about 20 minutes.
During this time I will facilitate safe space for your process to unfold as needed. Although intense, this is a fast and manageable experience.
Once complete the remedy is removed from the surface of the skin. Integration thereafter can last for about 20 minutes. You will be able to drive home and go on with your day afterwards.
Within this offer you will recieve administration, ceremonial container, a light sound bath, and will close with integration heart to heart and light fruit to ground.
The exchange rate is 325$ and the ceremony runs approximately 3 hours.

The Facilitator
In my journey of personal initiation, I serendipitously encountered Kambo, which felt akin to reuniting with an old friend and companion. Under the guidance of Daniela Riojas, a curendera, I was directly initiated. With deep reverence, I approach this medicine as a steward, attentively heeding the Divine's call to service. My practice integrates a trauma-informed approach with the modalities of a medicine woman, through years of lived experience and dedicated training.
